REFUND POLICY

  • Please select carefully as we do not give refunds if you have changed your mind.
  • Refunds will not be given for late postal deliveries.
  • If your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately (within 2 days) where we can replace your order or refund your order. Once the items have been returned, we will process a refund Or a replacement product will be sent at no cost.
  • Refunds could take up to 5 business working days. Alternatively, we could refund into your nominated bank account which could take up to 3 business working days to clear
  • When placing an order please ensure you have correct details, e.g street address, street number, suburb etc… Misspelt details could result in further delays and delivery costs. A refund will not be given if incorrect details are given and order has been delivered to wrong address and not returned. Please contact us immediately if you have realised incorrect details have been given as we may be able to rectify before Posting.
